1:1 Creative Sessions for Women

A nurturing space to meet yourself again. Gently, creatively, and with compassion.

Welcome to a Space Just for You

You spend your days tending, giving, doing.
Holding space for others.
Keeping it all together.

But what if you had a place to soften
To be witnessed,
To explore your inner world through creative self-expression...
With fewer words, without pressure, and without the need to explain?

That’s what my 1:1 Creative Sessions offer:
A sacred return to self through somatic embodiment and expressive art practices.

This is a creative pathway home to the parts of you that may have been forgotten or left behind by survival, obligation, or external expectations.

This work often resonates with people who:

  • Feel disconnected from themselves or their intuition

  • Are navigating identity shifts or life transitions

  • Have a history of people-pleasing or self-silencing

  • Long for creativity, depth, or meaning without performance

  • Want space to explore who they are becoming

…these sessions are a space where you don’t have to fix anything.

You simply show up just as you are, and allow your creative expressions to speak what words cannot, with me gently guiding the way.

The Focus of the Work

Our work centers on self-exploration and meaning-making through creative process.

Rather than analyzing or problem-solving, we use art-making as a way to notice patterns, access intuition, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been muted by survival, obligation, or external expectations.

The emphasis is on:

  • Identity and authenticity

  • Values, transitions, and inner authority

  • Releasing people-pleasing and over-responsibility

  • Cultivating self-trust and self-compassion

  • Reconnecting with creativity as a way of knowing

This is not about producing art or reaching conclusions. It’s about creating space to listen, feel, and respond more honestly to your own experience.

What to Expect in a Creative Session

Each session is:

  • 60 minutes long

  • Guided with gentle grounding practices and prompts

  • Facilitated with the care and expertise of a professionally trained art therapist

  • Held in a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space. Either in-person or virtually

You’ll be invited to:

  • Explore your emotions through color, texture, and form

  • Reconnect with your body’s wisdom

  • Find meaning in the symbols and patterns that arise

  • Experience relief, clarity, and deeper self-compassion

You may engage with:

  • Drawing, painting, or mixed media

  • Writing or image-based reflection

  • Simple movement or embodied awareness

  • Symbolic or nature-inspired exploration

Why Women Work With Me

Over the past decade, I’ve walked alongside women who were:

  • Tired of traditional talk therapy

  • Ready to reconnect with their creativity

  • Seeking emotional and personal transformation with spiritual depth

  • Longing to feel more grounded and whole

You decide how much you share and how you engage. There is no pressure to explain, interpret, or arrive anywhere specific. The pace is slow and responsive, guided by curiosity rather than performance.

No artistic experience is needed.

About Me

I am a professionally trained art-based practitioner with extensive education and supervised clinical experience in art therapy and therapeutic settings.

While my background includes work within mental health contexts, the 1:1 services offered here are intentionally distinct from psychotherapy. They are designed as a creative, reflective space for self-inquiry rather than clinical treatment.

I work slowly, carefully, and with deep respect for personal autonomy, privacy, and choice.

Privacy & Testimonials

I do not share testimonials from private 1:1 work out of respect for privacy, power dynamics, and the integrity of this relational space. This work is intentionally quiet and personal. It is not designed for public validation.
